Need no explain, but these portraits may translate more or less point to the reason why She has been away from this blog long long time.. Lolz. Friends of hers said, this is amazing time to recall and it is worth for the efforts she has ever dreamt of in her life through. Don’t deny and She is appreciated.. She has been in love with the phrase that her direct boss often said, do good, act good, think positive, you’re getting better and better.. So mature she has been dedicated herself to be a better person from time to time, I like to hear and listen to her boss advice and those motivations really gave her guts so far… thank you boss ^_^
Success never alone, She is very much grateful and thank to her wonderful team, supportive colleagues she works with, She live in its happiness world and surrounded by nice people, friends, family.. All and all, much obliged to her mom who always be with her, gives her powerful strength to fight for her goal, cook her with the delicious foods that she likes the most, tells her stories to make her mentality strong, grown up with the smell of early morning breakfast, blooming flower from the outsides the tiny bedroom, makes her a big glass of coffee to carry to work (coffee makes her stronger and awake even though she did sleep only 2-3 hours in some nights).
And She would like to also thank to her professors at school that they often give her tons of guidance, wisdom, support and encouragement. Last but not least, thank a lot to her teamwork, her beautiful classmates in the E MBA academic who make the impossible mission to be possible and contribution to the team assignments which She has not contributed much, we almost done the course, still another final term would have been completed in few months… Yahoooooooooooooo…. Obviously, she has faith in herself and lives a “CAN DO” spirit that we will successfully graduated and be the most outstanding team because this individual and common idealistic spirit makes plenty of miracle consequences. “I love you guys :)” she said 🙂
So sharing you guys my best friends to check out these particular portraits, I hope you like to see her smiling face the way she likes to see yours…

People cannot always be of the same opinion and that holds true for professional life as well.
Colleagues having different views is very much part and parcel of everyday working life.
What is the best way of conducting an argument when people have different opinions?
Is it true to say that “anyone who raises their voice is in the wrong”?
The following tips may help to calm things down if you get into an argument
1. Always try to reach a consensus – rather than win the argument – if people have different views
2. Avoid polarization and do not insist on your point of view
3. Be open to other people’s opinions
4. Resist any temptation to get into rivalry games and avoid dominant behavior
5. Express your point of view openly and clearly
6. Pay attention to what the other person is saying
7. Remain calm and never raise your voice
8. Articulate your view objectively and avoid making personal remarks
Although it might be difficult on occasion, remain calm at all times.
If it is proving difficult to reach agreement, you may be able to take the heat out of many an argument by saying something like: “I’m afraid we will have to agree to disagree on this point. Could we perhaps agree on the following compromise…?”
When involved in an argument, try, if possible, to avoid negative phrases like: “That’s not possible” or “That’s not true” and negative words such as “no”, “wrong” or “on the contrary”.
It is better to use terms that underline what you have in common, such as “and”, “we”, “likewise”, “gladly”. That keeps relations on a good footing, even in difficult discussions.
